Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is received.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially in the lead-up to holiday periods or during sale events), shipments may be slightly delayed but we will endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during these times. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.

Oilology accepts all major credit and debit cards and paypal for online transactions. For in person events After Pay is also accepted.

 Our regular parcel shipping methods are Australia Post Standard Sendle.  Australia Post offers an extensive delivery network that covers all Australian addresses (including PO Box addresses) with all orders tracked and requiring a signature upon delivery (unless otherwise instructed by you).  National flat rate postage and handling are charged per order. NOTE:  If you provide authority to leave, we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels. We reserve the right to select a different shipping method depending on order specifics.  This is generally only required for large and heavy orders where it may be more economically viable to use the services of a road freight courier.
